Louis Vuitton Monogram Transparence Collection

Many of you know that I am endlessly in love with Louis Vuitton. Unfortunately, the prices of LV bags are so expensive that I can only dream of some peaces! :) Anyway, I try to follow Louis Vuitton new collections and here is one of them - Monogram Transparence Collection! People say that it is one of LV's most feminine collections, which I actually agree to.

Loius Vuitton Monogram Transparence Collection debuted first on the LV Spring 2012 runway and we can't wait to see girls all over the world to start wearing these awesome bags on the streets! The three bags from the collection (below) are the Lockit Clutch, Classic Lockit and Lockit East-West. The bags are fabricated out of pale nylon voile embroided with the traditional LV Monogram logo and trimmed with the tonal white leather.

Check out the prices and pictures of the bags below! Which one do YOU like the best? :)

Louis Vuitton Transparence Lockit, $3450

Louis Vuitton Monogram Transparence Lockit Clutch, $1880

My vacation memories...

Many of you know that recently I was not online for a week! The reason for that was my vacation @ Tenerife, where I spent a week (April 6-13, 2012).  I haven't been on a vacation for quite some time and I really needed some time from work to get a good quality sleep :) I was lucky enough to spend this week off @ Tenerife - Playa de las Americas, where I stayed with my parents. I have to be honest that this vacation was a very relaxed time with lots of eating, sleeping, walking and sun bathing! :) I thought I'd share some pics with you about this awesome time! Enjoy! ;)

Shopping Again...

Many of you know that I originally come from Estonia, so this blog post is going to be about shopping in my home-country. Every year there is this amazing season of sales that makes people go literally crazy! Two times a year (spring and fall) two best malls in Estonia do huge sales that last 5 days (Wed-Sun). I have to be honest, I love these sales, because I usually buy all the necessities during this sales time!

It also needs to be said that one mall (Kaubamaja) does its sales a week before the other mall (Stockmann). Anyways Kaubamaja's sales, which are called Ostu Ralli, are already over and starting tomorrow sales @ Stockmann called Hullud Päevad begin. Btw, Hullud Päevad is literally translated as "Crazy Days"! :)

This year I thought it would be fun to show you all my purchases, so make sure to follow my blog to see those! ;)

For those of you interested, here comes the catalogue with some items that are going to be sold at "Crazy Days". What would you suggest me buying? :)

P.S. Can't wait! I am so excited about tomorrow! :P

Review: Inglot AMC Cream Blush

I am sure many of you have heard of Inglot make up and even have tried it! If not, then I insist you do so, because honestly Inglot is my favorite makeup brand so far! I love the quality vs price and I adore the fact that Inglot has a very wide range of products with every possible color shade.

Today I will review AMC Cream Blushes for you, which I bought some time ago at a beauty fair in Latvia. I spent practically all my money on Inglot there, because prices were approximately 40% off and I could not afford myself to miss this opportunity! :)

I went for the following three very natural / neutral / pastel every-day colors (shades 91, 86, 84):

Here are some facts:

  • Price at the fair: 4 LVL ( ~ 5.70 EUR / 7.60 USD)
  • Quantity: 5.5g / 19 US OZ
  • Texture: Creamy, but not sticky (at the beginning feels a bit oily)
  • Application: I am used to applying these blushes with my fingers, however, a great result can be achieved with a stippling brush (i.e. MAC 188, Sigma F55)
  • Finish: matte, although when first applied to the skin the blush has a bit of oily shine
  • Pigmentation / Swatches: pigmentation is good for the every-day use, however, for bright artistic makeups it may be not pigmented enough
  • Ingredients: paraben free! No harmful ingredients have been noticed!

  • Packaging: professional; the blush comes in a little transparent container with a black screw top lid. Ideal for travelling!
  • Staying power: approzimately 5 hours. I would not suggest touching your face during the day, because the color will fade away very quickly. To make the color stay longer, it may be useful to set it down with some translucent powder.
Pros:
* Not tested on animals
* Paraben free formula
* Good packaging, great for travelling and carrying around in the purse
* Amazing fair price
* Easy application & blending
* Good pastel / every-day colors

Cons:
* Pigmentation is moderate
* Moderate staying power

Overall I would give this product 9 points out of 10. I hope this review was helpful, please let me know what shades of AMC Cream Blush you bought! ;)
