The Hunger Games: District 1

Hello Beautiful!

Many people I know are SO excited about the coming The Hunger Games movie that I thought it would be nice to do my interpretation of the look. I decided to start off with the District 1 - the wealthiest district, which primary industry is manufacturing luxury items.  Anyways, here is the look I came up with!
